Jeff Roe

Jeff Roe serves as the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Western Region, covering California, Washington, Oregon, and Arizona. Jeff is passionate about Roadrunner’s transformation and takes pride in the company’s transportation improvements and growing reputation in the marketplace. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Cal State Hayward before beginning his career in operations at UPS. There, he developed a strong work ethic, customer management skills, and experience in a team-driven environment.
Prior to joining Roadrunner, Jeff built a 16-year career in LTL, holding roles in Sales, Service Center Management, Trade Show Coordination, and New Market Development. He finds great fulfillment in helping employees grow and reach their full potential.
Jeff has been married for 26 years and is a proud father of two sons. He and his wife share a longtime passion for saltwater fish and corals and maintain a coral reef tank together.
