Tamara Clay
Senior Vice President, Legal and Human Capital
Tamara Clay is the Senior VP, Legal and Human Capital for Roadrunner. She is focused on implementing foundational processes to empower leaders and to create a strong culture of motivated, productive, and engaged employees. In additional to leading the Human Capital Team, Tamara has oversight and responsibility for managing Roadrunner’s legal affairs.
Prior to Roadrunner, Tamara helped establish the HR and legal function at various transportation tech startups while serving as an advisor and partner to the executive team. Tamara holds a Juris Doctor and MBA from Stetson University. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, and a member of the Florida State Bar.
